Polarity Lab Privacy Policy

Publisher and contact

The controller for correspondence with the publisher is PoliLux Michał Czak, trading under the PoliPixel Studio brand, ul. Wiśniowa 4, 69-110 Rzepin, Poland. Contact: kontakt@polipixelstudio.polilux.pl. Publisher website: polipixelstudio.polilux.pl.

Playing and local storage

Polarity Lab does not require a player account. Progress, completed levels, learned instructions, failed-attempt counters, assistance balances and settings are stored locally on your device. The publisher does not operate a cloud-save server. Clearing application data may remove progress; system backups depend on device settings. Browser editions store progress in browser storage for the hosting origin.

Age groups and access

At the start of a session, players can select under 18, 18 or older, or prefer not to say, without a preselected answer. We do not request an exact date of birth. The selected group is held only in session memory and is not written to the progress profile. Selecting 18+ is not consent to advertising or data processing. The prepared game flow provides the full campaign without ads to under-18 and undisclosed-age players; publisher code does not start ad services on that path.

Optional rewarded advertising

The public 1.0 game has advertising disabled. The separate 1.0 test edition at /test-reklam/ uses Google demonstration ads, without revenue or billable impressions. The advertising release being prepared may offer adult players optional videos: a completed ad grants three units of the selected resource — hints, undos or impulses. Ads are not required to complete the campaign. The current Android integration uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google User Messaging Platform, UMP (privacy choices). Google AdSense H5 Games Ads is being prepared for browsers; live ads require website and H5 access approval and a published consent platform. Unity Ads and LevelPlay remain inactive. Adding them later requires updated consent configuration and this notice.

Partner data and purposes

Advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP addresses and approximate region, technical device and application data, diagnostics, and interactions with ads. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention and, where choices and applicable rules permit, personalisation. This advertising release should not be described as an application that transmits no data. Details of the partners’ data, roles, retention and international transfers are available in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Choices and legal grounds

Before starting Android ads for a player who selected 18+, the game checks UMP and displays a form where required by region and message configuration. Production browser advertising also requires a published consent platform before advertising starts. Browser demonstration mode tests the integration without live ad requests, but downloading the Google script requires a network connection. Processing that requires consent relies on your consent; age selection does not itself enable personalisation. Settings → Privacy and ads provides a privacy-options entry point where required by the consent platform. Restarting the game may be required before requesting further ads after a change. Refusal does not block the campaign. Correspondence relies on the legitimate interest of answering and handling a request; legal obligations rely on the applicable legal requirement.

Correspondence and retention

Contacting the studio provides your email address and message content. We use these to answer, handle your request and prevent abuse. Correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle the matter and, where necessary, fulfil legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The website and mailbox use the publisher’s OVHcloud server. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services. We do not add our own marketing analytics. The browser Google advertising module is downloaded only in the adult flow; live advertising additionally requires valid consent configuration.

Your rights and deletion

Depending on the applicable grounds and jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to kontakt@polipixelstudio.polilux.pl; do not send identity documents in advance. The publisher may request only information necessary to handle a specific request securely. Local progress can be cleared through app or browser settings. This does not automatically erase partner data; consult the linked policies for partner tools. In Poland, complaints can be made to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Transfers and changes

Advertising partners may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies explain relevant safeguards, including applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Changes will be published at this address with an updated date. Effective from 25 October 2026.
